ARBITRATION
Matters being submitted for arbitration must contact the case manager to discuss fees, administration and scheduling in order to avoid ex parte communication. The case manager will also schedule conference calls to discuss procedural matters and to facilitate the scheduling of hearings and pre-hearing motions.
MEDIATION, FACILITATION & COACHING
These types of matters may be discussed directly with Terri Lubaroff prior to booking by calling (310) 245-9932. If you would prefer to contact the case manager first, please feel free to do so.
Please note that Mediation and Arbitration fees are typically paid prior to hearings and are divided equally between participating parties, unless otherwise agreed. Please inform us of any special billing arrangements.
