As a private, full-time mediator, Ms. Lubaroff specializes in mediation and facilitation for the legal, business and entertainment communities.  She currently sits on the Arts, Arbitration and Mediation Services Panel for California Lawyers for the Arts, the Los Angeles Superior Court’s Party Pay Panel and Random Select Panel, and is a member of the panel at Agency for Dispute Resolution.  Ms. Lubaroff is an ABA trained arbitrator offering arbitrations in the areas of personal injury, business and entertainment.

Ms. Lubaroff offers highly specialized private mediations and facilitations in film, television, on-set entertainment disputes, employment and credit disputes, music, art, new media, agency-talent disputes, publishing, intellectual property, and copyright and trademark disputes.  Additionally, she specializes in the mediation of non-litigated business disputes, including transactions and transitions such as mergers, acquisitions, succession planning and personnel conflict.  As a facilitator, Ms. Lubaroff’s leadership will keep a business meeting on point and on schedule, allowing for increased productivity and creativity.

Ms. Lubaroff also offers family wealth transfer coaching which prepares heirs to receive and successfully manage their family legacy in business, philanthropy and society.

Coupled with her excellent negotiation skills, knowledge of the law, understanding of complex issues and tireless follow-through, Ms. Lubaroff’s background in the legal, entertainment and business worlds has provided her with specialized tools in dealing with difficult clients, ego-driven personalities and complex interpersonal and legal disputes.
